At Visit India With Guide, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent for all our valued guests.
1. How to Cancel Your Booking
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us by:

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will acknowledge it via email or WhatsApp confirmation.
2. Package-wise Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your sightseeing, you will receive a full refund.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the tour start time, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your sightseeing, you will receive a full refund after deducting applicable transaction taxes.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour start, no refund will be issued.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your sightseeing, you will receive a full refund after deducting applicable transaction taxes.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour start, no refund will be issued.
If you cancel 30 days prior to the tour start date, you will receive a full refund after deducting expenses such as transaction fees, hotel booking costs, and train or flight ticket charges.
If cancelled within 30 days of the tour start date, no refund will be made.
If you cancel 45 days before the tour start date, you will get a full refund after deducting hotel, ticket, and transaction-related costs.
If cancelled within 45 days, no refund will be issued.
If you cancel 30 days before the tour date, you will receive a refund after deducting transaction fees and pre-paid booking costs (hotels, trains, flights, etc.).
If cancelled within 30 days, no refund will be applicable.
Note: This policy also applies to all other tours offered by us that are not specifically mentioned above.
Each tour may include unique cancellation conditions depending on hotel and transport providers used.
3. Responsibility and Force Majeure
Visit India With Guide will not be responsible for any tour interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes or political unrest
- Roadblocks or traffic issues
- Train or flight delays/cancellations
- Adverse weather conditions
- Riots or civil disturbances
- Natural disasters or health emergencies
In such situations, we will make every effort to continue the tour with a revised itinerary or, if not possible, cancel the tour.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in these cases.
